Now the Veterans find time to devote special moments creating and following their passion with painting patriotic scenes, colorful landscapes and they create military visions for everyone to enjoy.
Those amazing artwork pieces are on display for all to see.
It’s all a part of the 9th Annual Star Spangled Art Exhibit. More than 150 pieces are on display! More than 35 area Veterans have their art on display.

A BIG community wide reception will be held for area residents who’d like to visit.
That’s Saturday, October 28 from 1-4 at Unisen. Awards will also be handed out then.
The rest of the year Operation Helping Hand is busy at work raising money and awareness for their mission of helping to support the James A Haley Hosptial Polytrauma unit. It raises
funding to help offset costs for special life changing therapy’s for the wounded warriors. That includes art, music, dance therapy and more. Reach out to the team to get involved.
