Ringling’s Motion Design students also won first place in the recent 24 HOURS International Animation Contest. And that’s not all. Ringling’s 3D Computer Animation program ranked #1 in the U.S. for Production Excellence and #3 worldwide. The celebrated animation program is well-known for producing highly-skilled and industry-ready animators. Ringling College was named #4 in the 2023 Top 50 of the Best Creative Schools in the World, and #2 in the U.S. At a time when many art and design schools have been closing their doors, Ringling College is thriving, continuing to place rigorous academics, cutting-edge tech, the very best faculty and facilities, and industry experience at the forefront of their commitment to students. “At Ringling College of Art and Design, we consider The Rookies Global School Rankings a premier ranking leader in the digital arts,” stated Dr. Jason Good, vice president for Ringling’s Enrollment Management and Marketing. “We love partnering with an organization that builds up young creatives, prioritizes professional outcomes, and bases evaluations on the quality of student work.” Official rankings by The Rookies are calculated based on the performance of students’ work submitted to their industry panel.
