How about taking part in a very fun filled bike trek for a good cause?
For the very first time the American Lung Association is happy to invited everyone out for the inspiring, motivating & important Gulf Coast Bike Trek set for October 21.
The course is set and there are lots of options. A 62-mile loop (a metric century ride), a 40-mile loop and a 10-mile family ride.
It kicks off at St. Pete College/ Clearwater campus at 2465 Drew St, Clearwater, FL 33765. Routes take you back to the starting point after your trek.
Ride your typical bike, unicycle, have the kids come out with their big wheel – you decide.
Come out and see Bike Shop displays, Chick Fil A cows and participants with amazing stories to share.
Nearly three million Floridians suffer from lung disease, and more than 19,000 Floridians die from lung disease each year. Funds raised will help with awareness and fighting the fight.
