The property is located in Sunshine Industrial Park, an 83-acre industrial park spanning 219,000 square feet.
The Franklin Street Office & Industrial Services Team of Brad Hutton and Pat Kelly arranged the lease on behalf of the landlord, New York-based Zenith Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS), while Matthew Alexander represented the tenant, Florida-based Gt Express Enterprises, Inc.

Notably, the lease includes one acre of industrial outdoor storage.
