(Bradenton, Fla., September 8, 2023) – State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) will offer a Manufacturers Leadership Development Program via Zoom from 1-3 p.m. on select Thursday afternoons, Oct. 12 and 26, November 9 and 16, and December 7. Registration is available online at SCF.edu/Training. The course number is 15468. Participants will receive an assignment to complete outside of class in advance of each session, and those who complete the course will receive a copy of the Amazon® 5-Star-rated book “Leadership Simplified: The Field Guide for Savvy Leaders.”
Doug Van Dyke, CEO of Leadership Simplified, will facilitate the training sessions. The program teaches engaging, high-impact leadership covering important topics like time management, conflict resolution, change management, delegation, and techniques for coaching and delivering feedback.
