WINTER PARK — Dr. Joel C. Hunter, who is a nationally and internationally known advocate for the poor, the marginalized and those dealing with disabilities, and whose powerful devotionals are heard worldwide on Z88 radio, will join John Crossman Saturday, Aug. 19 on The Crossman Conversation.
After 32-years as senior pastor of Northland Church’s congregation of 20,000, he led a non-profit network to locate resources that benefit those struggling in the community. Dr. Hunter has served in leadership roles of the World Evangelical Alliance and for the National Association of Evangelicals, serving thousands of churches.
The Crossman Conversation was launched for activists, business, political, and religious leaders to share their ideas on solving today’s widespread issues and challenges. Dr. Hunter approaches today’s challenges in a biblical and balanced manner.
“I’m so excited to have Dr. Hunter on the show talking about one of his most urgent current projects, Dave’s House, which is providing stable homes for individuals with serious mental health issues. The organization is playing a critical role in transforming lives, giving hope and providing lasting recovery,” Crossman said.
