The additions increase the Adams and Reese Tampa office total to 30 attorneys and advisors; Adams and Reese has nearly 300 attorneys and advisors firm-wide throughout 20 offices in 10 states and Washington, DC.
Stein is board-certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar, giving Adams and Reese nine board-certified construction attorneys, the second highest in the state of Florida.
As Special Counsel, Stein practices in commercial litigation, including contract disputes and complex construction litigation, and represents construction industry professionals (i.e. contractors, subcontractors, custom fabricators), business owners, and individuals in complex construction defects and commercial litigation in state and federal courts throughout Florida. During her time in law school, graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Stein was a law clerk for a Miami-Dade County Circuit judge, and served consecutive years as vice president of the Cardozo Legal Society. Stein earned her bachelor of science at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Stein is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
An Associate, Pope focuses her practice on management-side defense, representing employers in various aspects of state and federal court litigation and pre-suit administrative proceedings. This representation involves defending employers against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other related issues. Born and raised in Gainesville, Florida, Erica graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and earned her B.A. in English and a Certificate in Leadership Studies from Florida State University.
