Hold-Thyssen Competes Sales and Leases Valued at More than $24 Million First Seven Months of 2023

WINTER PARK – Hold-Thyssen, a full-service commercial property firm based in Winter Park with offices in Clearwater has completed sales and leases for more than 301,407 square feet of space, including a four-acre long-term ground lease sale, during the first seven months of 2023. The transactions are valued at more than $24 Million.

Principal Robert P. Hold and leasing agent James Huckeba completed a sale of the 6,600 square foot office building at 671 W. Fairbanks in Winter Park;

Transactions completed by Vice President of Investment Services Richard Fisher include:
Sale of the 26,245 square foot Sprint Data Switch Center on Lake Destiny Drive in Orlando;
Sale of a long-term ground lease of 4 Acres (174,240 SF) of retail land occupied by ALDI in Albany NY;
Long-term lease renewal of the 0.85 Acre (36,876 SF) Regions Bank site on Kennedy Blvd in Tampa;
Lease of 10,504 square feet of office space at 55 Thomson Place in Boston;
Lease renewal of 3,308 square feet of office space occupied by State of Florida’s Regional Counsel at 15500 Lightwave Drive in Clearwater;
Lease renewal of Shoe Palace’s 8,130 square feet on Collins Avenue in S. Miami Beach.

Transactions completed by Transaction Specialist Carol Kinnard include:
Multi-year professional office lease of 1,500 square feet for client Turning Point Wellness Center at Ballantrae Professional Center in Lutz, FL;

Multi-year retail lease to Hidden Creek Golf Cars for the 1,723 square foot building at 6033 US Highway 19 in New Port Richey, FL;

Five multi-year retail leases on behalf of the landlord at Ridgewood Square in Port Richey, FL: 2,000 square feet leased to Bad Wolf, LLC; 1,000 square feet to Ambas Holdings, Inc.; 690 square feet to MRC Games; 500 square feet to J5 Collectibles; and 144 square feet to Compliance Consulting.

Transactions completed by Transaction Specialist Theresa Margaris include a sale of 3,824 square feet of office space at 253A Pine Ave. N. in Oldsmar; and a multi-year lease of 1,750 square feet of professional office space at 13019 W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa.

Transactions completed by Leasing Agent Troy Stephens include multi-year offices leases for 480 square feet and 1,832 square feet at 2415 Sandlake in Orlando;

Transactions completed by Senior Director Darby Hold include:

Multi-year lease of 2,311 square feet to Timbers Holdings at 1031 W. Morse Blvd. in Winter Park; Multi-year lease of 1,731 square feet to Creative Project Consultants, 1031 W. Morse Blvd. Winter Park; Multi-year lease of 1,054 square feet to Deltona Tobacco & Vape at Enterprise Center in Orange City,

Eight multi-year office/retail leases at Phillips Place in Southwest Orlando including Heather Childers, DDS 1,860 square feet; Pine Creek Partners, 1,116 square feet; Herndon Chiropractic Clinic, 861 square feet; Woof Gang Bakery, 2,157 square feet; Barrios Engineering, 1,778 square feet; HZ Plastic Surgery, 2,148 square feet; Prosegur Services Group, 1,844 square feet; and Prism Systems 2,091 square feet.
