WINTER PARK – One of John Crossman’s most respected colleagues – John Martinez – an executive coach, among other roles, is the next guest on The Crossman Conversation airing Saturday June 29 at 1:05 p.m.
Martinez is a strategic advisor at Crossman Career Builders, the Winter Park-based company Crossman founded to coach both young and veteran executives on how to be better leaders and mentors. They specialize in facilitating and embracing discussions with these professionals about difficult issues that may plague the workplace.
Martinez – who is also an elementary school teacher – uses the same tactics to teach his high-risk third graders to train CEOs how to be supportive leaders and lead in a way that everyone feels they can trust the work environment and succeed.
