(Bradenton, Fla., July 27, 2023) — State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) will host a pre-license course for individuals interested in real estate sales associate careers from 6-9 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays, Aug. 21-Nov. 1, at SCF Lakewood Ranch, 7131 Professional Parkway, Sarasota. Registration is available online at SCF.edu/Training; search for Class ID 15504.
Real estate broker Kelly Repassy of Keller Williams Realty will facilitate the 63-hour course that is required by the state of Florida to earn a real estate license and is a requirement for taking the state exam. The $389 registration fee includes the textbook. The state exam is not included with the course and has its own registration fee.
