We are talking about Mark O’Donnell, the President and Founder of a Networking Group called Revenue Generating Activities or RGA.
Now in its 13th year, he is ready to unveil another helpful business book that can help anyone and really everybody.
Many people decide to start a business, but they must learn along the way. Do this. Try that. Mistakes are made and lessons are learned.
Since the pandemic, more people were ready to go out on their own for freedom and time issues and the entrepreneur boom is here.
Groups like this one in RGA, helps those navigating this new environment a bit easier. Participants encourage relationship building and
business growth. Once you know people, you learn to trust them, you engage with business opportunities and you can refer them to others.
That’s the sweet spot. Mark O’Donnell always says, “It’s not what you know, it’s not who you know it’s who knows you.”
In 2021, RGA developed its first book, The Best Business Minds in Tampa Bay.O’Donnell says, “
Small businesses are the heartbeat of the community, and one way to educate, empower and promote small business is helping them with the journey to begin to tell their story. The best way to start telling the story is to write a book.” He continues that sometimes to write an entire book is a little overwhelming, but when you’re part of the journey of other entrepreneurs and business professionals, the collaboration makes it easier. That thinking worked. That first book made it to Best Selling Status on Amazon with 30 + authors involved. The lessons and takeaways were vast, so much more could be shared. The Book Launch is set for July 27 at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater starting at 3 pm.
It’s free and open to the public.
The authors and contributors will be on hand to get their books, see it for the first time and everyone is excited about the big reveal. The book will be available on Amazon.
Author contributors include: Hairdressers, Social Media Entrepreneurs, Previous Authors, Notaries, Plumbers, Mattress Companies, Event Planners, Spa Owners, Healthcare Professionals, Media Experts, Financial Services and so many more.. It’s all about their own pivots and what happened after they took a chance on themselves.
O’Donnell and the 800 member strong organization holds more than 15 meetings every week. Members can attend any or all meetings they choose. Those meetings range from Lakeland to Largo, Sarasota to Sulphur Springs, Clearwater to Claremont and
