Volunteers to stuff 30,000 backpacks with school supplies on Sat., July 15 at Raymond James Stadium
Tampa, Fla (July 5, 2023) — Thaddeus Bullard aka WWE Global Ambassador Titus O’Neil and the Bullard Family Foundation announced today the 6th Annual Back to School Bash in partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and presented by AdventHealth, Fran Haasch Law Group and Skanska will be held at Raymond James Stadium on Sat., July 29. During the fun-filled day, guests will be able to snag a free backpack filled with school supplies and take advantage of free medical, dental and vision services, as well as complimentary haircuts, food and entertainment. The event is free and open to the public.
With the aid of an impressive list of partners and sponsors, we can humbly fill the needs of so many Tampa Bay area families and make a difference in an impactful way,” said Bullard. “The Back-to-School Bash is not just about giving kids the school supplies they need to succeed, but also about giving them the wrap-around resources free of charge that will truly allow them the opportunity to reach their full potential.”
In preparation for the event, over 500 volunteers will gather at Raymond James Stadium on Sat., July 15 for the Big Backpack Build. They’ll stuff more than 30,000 backpacks with much-needed school supplies including writing utensils, notebooks, folders and glue sticks. Both events will kick off at 9:01 AM.
The free event is possible thanks to the generous support of corporate partners like AdventHealth, Fran Haasch Law Group, Skanska, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Heritage Insurance, Hillsborough County Public Schools and many more.
While registration is not required for entry to the big event happening at Raymond James Stadium, families must register for medical, dental and eye care services.
