July 5, 2023 by Post

ORLANDO — Brittany Corfman Parks, a passionate community volunteer along with her profession as Director of Government, Community Relations & Development for an accredited university, will join The Crossman Conversation, Saturday July 8 at 1:05 p.m. on Shepherd Radio.

Corfman Parks has held her role with Fort Lauderdale-based Keiser University for more than eight years. The Northern Arizona University graduate who majored in political science established and currently runs a political fundraising firm called Artillery Fundraiser.

Her community service includes serving as vice-Chairwoman of the Board of the Greater Orlando Republican Club; an appointment by Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer to the Historic Preservation Board; member and Deputy State Director of the Republican Party of Florida; member and past President of the Orlando Republican Women Federated.

The list goes on and on, but her pet mission is the volunteer work for PACE Center and School for Girls, a statewide organization that provides a holistic support system for girls grades 6-12. They are taught critical life, physical and mental health skills along with academic skills. The girls not only learn how to become strong, compassionate and successful women, but also learn the importance of serving in their community.

“I’m thrilled to have Brittany share the work she does for PACE, “ Crossman says. “She reaches out to communities, foundations and corporations. Listen to our conversation to hear why PACE is so special and why the lady is so involved.”

The Shepherd Radio is available on three stations, each part of the MARC Radio group. 1270 AM – WIWA in Orlando which covers the entire Central Florida area. In the Ocala/Villages area, The Shepherd is heard on 103.5 FM and 720 AM, while Gainesville listeners can hear the broadcast on 96.3 FM or 1430 AM.
