ORLANDO — The Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors® (CFCAR) held its annual Hallmark Awards event recently at The Monroe in downtown Orlando’s Creative Village to recognize the best of the best for 2022 in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
CrossMarc Services CEO John Crossman, CCIM, CRX, received the Volunteer of the Year Award presented by CFCAR President Dan Lyonnais. The award – one of only two CFCAR “Special Recognition awards,” – was presented to Crossman for his tireless efforts to educate, mentor and promote commercial real estate careers to students and young professionals, and for championing talent diversity in the industry.
“Some of the Central Florida’s most dedicated and productive commercial real estate pros were recognized for their achievements and I am honored to be among the honorees especially because this award is due to my lifelong passion,” Crossman said.
Throughout his commercial real estate career, Crossman has been passionate about inspiring the next generation and providing exposure and opportunities for diverse students to pursue careers in commercial real estate.
CFCAR, which represents the ten-county area of Alachua, Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Osceola, Orange, Seminole, Sumter and Volusia, is the premier organization focused on all commercial real estate.
