Mr. Deal comes to Parc from the Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida, where he served as the Director of Major and Capital Gifts.
Phil has more than 35 years of fundraising experience and held various leadership roles for well-known non-profit organizations across the United States, including Central Florida for the past 16 years. Phil is active in the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and received his CFRE credentials in 2015. More recently, he has been recognized as the Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year for the AFP Central Florida Chapter. During his fundraising career, Phil has inspired and engaged donors to make transformational gifts for themselves, their families, and their favorite charitable organizations. Phil and his wife are parents of an adult son with autism and have volunteered with and advocated for persons with intellectual and physical disabilities for more than 25 years.
