Pinellas County’s award-winning Employment Sites Program (ESP) will open a fifth round of funding beginning June 26 at 8:00 a.m. Applications for this round will close on August 25. The ESP program can assist in the construction or redevelopment of industrial (manufacturing & flex) and office buildings that provide growth opportunities for target industry employers hoping to create new jobs and expand their footprints in order to remain in Pinellas County. Allowable capital expenditures related to development include: site preparation; vertical construction; infrastructure development; and site acquisition.
