The Association of Poinciana Villages (APV) has announced a Fourth of July celebration that everyone can enjoy. The 2023 Fireworks Spectacular will be held on Saturday, June 24 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at the Amphitheater at Vance Harmon Park, located at 625 Country Club Drive in Poinciana. Event is open to the public and admission is free.
“Our annual Fireworks Spectacular has become a can’t miss event in Poinciana,” said Mark Maldonado, APV General Manager. “We invite everyone to join us for this incredible evening as we celebrate Independence Day with our friends and neighbors! A special thank you to Spectrum, the event’s Premiere Sponsor, and our wonderful community sponsors and local businesses—this event would not be possible without you.”
The Fireworks Spectacular will feature live music and entertainment. Poinciana’s favorite emcee, Carol Saragusa, will once again be there to lead us through this spectacular celebration. DJ Johnny Tsunami will provide live music throughout the night along with La Calle Band and dancers, El Principe del Timbal, plus salsa dancers, stilt walkers and hoopers. Food trucks on site at the event include: Freeze Your Brain, Manny’s Pizzeria, Dr. Tacos y mas, Borilokz, Adiarys Bakery and Juancho’s Pinchos. Other vendors include: Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, Cray’s Kettle Korn, Beauty Scents, Marceline Bath Works, My Soccer Academy, Bohemian Bars, plus a 360-degree photo booth setup by RTW Photography and much more! This family-friendly event will also include a Kids Zone with inflatables, face painting and balloon art.
APV will then light up the skies over Central Florida with Pyrotechnico putting on an unforgettable fireworks display choreographed to music. Fireworks will begin at 9:00 p.m. and guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the festivities.
On site parking at the event is reserved for vendors and those with handicap permits. All other event attendees should park at the APV Activity Campus located at 445 Marigold Avenue. The association has arranged for a complimentary shuttle service running every 20 minutes that will transport guests to and from the event. Carpooling is strongly encouraged. The first shuttle will begin at 5:00 p.m. with the last shuttle returning to parking lot at 11 p.m.
APV is able to provide these amazing events at no cost to the attendees because of the generous support of the community’s Corporate Sponsors. Special thanks to our Premiere Sponsor – Spectrum, as well as Platinum Sponsors – C3 Wellness Spa and CCM Coding–and Gold Sponsors – PR Global Enterprises, Walmart Health Center, Humana, Larsen Slaten, Careplus Health, Law Offices of Pardy and Rodriguez and AL Prime Water.
