Since joining the firm in 2012 as an associate, Patel has closed over 300 transactions totaling more than $675 million of property sales across 32 states. Patel’s success has earned him several awards, including the firm’s National Achievement and Sales Recognition awards. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and in 2020 he received the ICSC Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation, awarded to those with a prominent level of industry fluency.
In 2020, Patel joined forces with Dan Yozwiak creating the Patel Yozwiak group. The team consists of 12 agents across Florida and Ohio specializing in the net leased sector and have experience in retail, restaurant, office, industrial, medical, and hospitality.
