Tim Brady brings decades of experience to role as hotel company executes Cordova Inn expansion
- ST PETERSBURG, Fla. (May 24, 2023) – Tim Brady, who has more than three decades of senior-level financial leadership experience, has joined New Hotel Collection as Chief Financial Officer.
Brady assumes the CFO role for the company as it starts construction on a major expansion of the historic Cordova Inn in downtown St. Petersburg.
New Hotel Collection, which also owns hotels in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida; Indian Shores, Florida; and Sevierville, Tennessee, soon will be expanding the Cordova Inn from 32 to 97 rooms, while adding a restaurant, distinctive rooftop area and courtyard garden. The expansion is expected to open in the third quarter of 2024.
New Hotel Collection has built an impressive record of success since it was founded in 2016, weathering the pandemic better than most hospitality companies. Its properties are in three distinctive tourism areas – the Pinellas County, Florida beaches; downtown St. Petersburg; and Sevierville, Tennessee, which neighbors the popular cities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Brady, New Hotel Collection’s new CFO, has worked in number of different industries, for such companies as Northern Industrial Sands LLC and Dakota Plains Holdings Inc. in Minneapolis, and Allied Energy Inc. in Bowling Green, Kentucky. He has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, and a master’s in business administration from Loyola University in Chicago.
