May 15, 2023 — The International Real Estate Federation USA (FIABCI-USA), a leading global organization devoted to real estate specialties with 70 chapters worldwide, announced that Carla Rayman Kidd will serve as President for 2023/2024. Ms. Rayman Kidd was installed as President along with the Executive Committee and newly elected Chapter Members during the FIABCI-USA 2023 Spring Symposium held at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Licensed since 1997, Ms. Rayman Kidd is a seasoned real estate agent, trainer, and consultant earning multiple national and international awards for her global commitment and international property specialist instructor expertise.
Along with her new role as FIABCI-USA President, Ms. Rayman Kidd currently works as a full-time agent with Coldwell Banker Realty in Sarasota, Florida. Additionally, she serves as Director of Development and Strategic Engagement for Coldwell Banker Island Affiliates, throughout the Caribbean & West Antilles. In this role, she will lead franchisees across 30 islands in expanding their reach while uncovering new industry opportunities.
