SPC Promise Scholarship Offers Free Tuition, Fees Current Tarpon Springs High School students can earn a college degree at no cost thanks to St. Petersburg College. The SPC Promise Scholarship is being offered to 2023 graduates of Tarpon Springs, as well as Lakewood, Pinellas Park, Clearwater, and Northeast High Schools. The pilot program will cover all tuition and fees for an Associate in Arts or Science degree. |
