WINTER PARK — This Saturday April 29 at 1:05 p.m. business leader John Crossman will talk with two more students from Bethune-Cookman University to continue demonstrating that HBCUs produce high-performing, driven individuals that business leaders in corporate America need to consider.
Crossman will hear from freshman class president Danae Allen an Elementary Education major along with Senior Communications and Business major Donovann Toatley, who also plays guard on the B-CU basketball team.
A supporter of HBCUs for decades through endowed scholarships and fundraisers with his own real estate colleagues and CEOs, Crossman aims to influence more industries to support as well as add HBCUs to their talent recruiting pools.
“I want to emphasize with a series of conversations with students at HBCUs what an important role these colleges and universities play in our country. They produce some of the best talent industry recruiters will ever see.”
