And eight live events in Tampa, St. Pete and Lakeland
TAMPA, Fla. (April 15-22, 2023) – The Center for Architecture & Design is proud to announce the Eight Annual Tampa Bay Design Week, offering eight different in-person events, in Tampa, Lakeland, and St. Pete, from April 15 th to April 22nd.
Several architecture and design-related tours, including a behind-the-scenes tour of The Edition, a free viewing of “10 Great Building that Changed America” at the Tampa Theatre, and a seminar on using tax credits to restore historic structures at JC Newman Cigar Factory to name a few.
“We have a great lineup of interesting and fun events. It’s a unique opportunity to see some of Tampa Bay’s
outstanding architectural design behind the scenes and learn about how important design is to shaping our
community.” according to CA+D President Rachel Radawec.
Design Week is a volunteer-led program which promotes the understanding and appreciation of architecture
and design. It takes place each April.
