
FORT MYERS, FL March 2023: Alexander Goshen + Cornerstone Strategic Partners, LLC, developers of THIRTY8 Collective at McCollum Hall, invite the Dunbar and surrounding community to attend the remaining two listening sessions to offer feedback on the plans for the development of McCollum Hall. The next community engagement event will occur on Tuesday, March 28, at the Riverside Community Center from 9:30 AM to 11 AM and 5 PM to 7 PM at the East County Regional Library. The final session will feature the developers of the property announcing the next steps for the space.

The upcoming listening session will occur in the neighboring city of Lehigh before the final engagement event with the developers. The remaining session’s date, time, and location are forthcoming.
Alexander Goshen + Cornerstone Strategic Partners, LLC, plans include developing a 26-unit multifamily residential building and a 14,200 square feet food and market hall for the City of Fort Myers to enjoy. McCollum Hall has officially been added to the National Register of Historic Places.
