(TAMPA, Florida) – Discover the largest collection of homes in the region at this year’s annual Tampa Bay Parade of Homes presented by the Tampa Bay Builders Association (TBBA). From March 18 through March 26, more than 60 homes will be available to tour for free in communities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee Counties.
The Parade of Homes helps prospective homebuyers familiarize themselves with the many home communities, builders, and available home inventory in the Tampa Bay region. Homes, and townhomes range from the high $200s to the high $800s.
Not only can homebuyers discover their dream home during the Parade of Homes, the event also offers insight into new design trends, outdoor living space ideas and the latest features on the market. Combined, this offers homeowners ideas when searching for their dream home or customizing and making changes to their existing home.
Parade of Homes visitors can map out their preferred locations with an online, mobile-friendly mapping tool which creates an individualized, custom route of homes to visit. A downloadable PDF guidebook is also available.
“Tampa Bay is one of the fastest growing regions in the country,” said Brian Bullock, TBBA President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Homes by West Bay. “Whether you’re shopping for your very first home or considering a home upgrade or custom home, the Parade of Homes offers the best opportunity to learn about and explore what our region’s finest builders have to offer.”
