“The best way to promote women is to start first advocating for and promoting girls,” said Fenton-Valdivia. “As someone who has benefitted from mentorship and sponsorship that has contributed to my current career success, I believes it is my obligation to pay that forward for others.”
A shareholder in Carlton Fields’ Business Litigation practice, Fenton-Valdivia represents corporate clients in state and federal court. She handles complex litigation including commercial disputes, employment litigation, healthcare litigation, professional liability, and environmental matters, and handles large scale, multi-district class actions. As a complement to her litigation practice, she also counsels corporate clients on employment and regulatory matters.
