UMO Open Fire Festival is an experience to remember where every food is kissed by fire and smoke. In all, over 10 food stations to enjoy including appetizers, salad, entrées and dessert. Plus, mouthwatering foods from our 2023 Guest Chefs; Chef Jorge Norena with a Colombian Carne a la Llanera and Chef Sturat Morton. Enjoy our hand crafted cocktails open bar and craft beer from our friends from Bastet Brewing at Ybor City. This style of food preparation is the same seen most recently on all of your favorite foodie TV programs. Don’t miss your opportunity to experience it live and local!
The event is held at an oasis of rustic elegance yet casual venue made at the converted corner of a 200 acre cattle farm in Dade City. Huge oak tree canopies surround the white table clothed tables, white twinkle lights and a wood stage where two talented musicians will make you vibe with their acoustic music. Come and join the open fire movement with delicious food, former and new friends, music and more. Seating is limited and tickets are going fast.
Fulfill Your Destiny has partnered with Chef Rene for this unique event. Tax-deductible opportunities to help the foundation, such as raffles, Bag-O-Bucks and auction items will be provided at a tent and can be enjjoyed throughout the evening.
