As the Spring Training home of the Detroit Tigers, Joker Marchant Stadium sees some the of the best talent in the Major League. Multi-million dollar renovations in 2003 and 2017 greatly enhanced the player and fan experience. The park opened to the public in 1966 and is the second oldest stadium in the Grapefruit League, which has been in operation since the 1890s. Learn MoreDetroit Tigers 2023 Spring Training The 2023 Grapefruit League Spring Training is about to begin for Major League Baseball teams that train in Florida. For 87 seasons the Detroit Tigers have trained at Tiger Town, making this the longest relationship between a Major League franchise and a Spring Training facility. To be a part of the action, tickets can be purchased now at the ticket office at Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, by calling 863.686.8075 or by going online.
