ORLANDO – Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full-service commercial property firm with offices in Winter Park and Clearwater, recently negotiated an investment sale of the 26,245 square foot Sprint Building located at 360 S. Lake Destiny Drive for $7,200,000.
Richard Fisher, Vice President of Investment Services at Hold-Thyssen, represented the seller Oconee Woodlands in the sale of the property to a US investment group.
The building is 100 percent triple net leased to Sprint for its data/switch center and it was built in 1997 on a 3.81-acre site.
