Heather Beckwith elevated to Chief Operations Officer and
Julia Hoskins becomes Vice President of Operations
Sarasota, FL. — January 30, 2023 — Wealth Strategies Partners (WSP), a boutique total wealth management practice, today announced the promotions of Heather Beckwith to Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Julia Hoskins to Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Beckwith will oversee all operations, including compliance procedures, marketing, and organizational processes that support the practice’s growth. As Vice President of Operations, Hoskins will be responsible for managing all internal administrative operations, concierge services and relationship management and support overall client experience.
Beckwith brings over 19 years of financial services experience to this new role, including 9 years at WSP. Prior to her position as COO, she served as Operations Manager and a key liaison between WSP’s clients and team members. Before joining the practice, Beckwith served in multiple positions at Raymond James’ headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. She was a transition specialist and provided advisors with resources and assistance to make firm and client transitions to Raymond James both smooth and successful. Prior to that, she managed a $10 billion platform and served as a compliance specialist.
Beckwith holds her FINRA Series 7, 24, 53 and 63 licenses. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Tennessee Technological University.
With over 10 years of experience in business management, administration and operations, Hoskins moves into the role of Vice President of Operations after serving as WSP’s Client Services Manager for the past 3 years. She continues to work in conjunction with the entire team to implement consistent, efficient policies and procedures that create a high level of client service. She plays a critical role in client onboarding, client resolution, operational efficiencies, client and employee training, and employee management. Hoskins is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University.
