CareerSource Tampa Bay Hosting New Year, New Opportunities Recruitment Events
~ Series of events will help bring jobs and training opportunities to Hillsborough County Residents ~
TAMPA, FL –CareerSource Tampa Bay (CSTB) will be hosting a series of recruitment events to connect Hillsborough residents to new jobs and training opportunities in the new year.
The following events will be held at CSTB Tampa Center, 9215 N. Florida Ave. Suite 101, Tampa, FL 33612 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on these dates:
• Thursday, January 12th, 2023 – Resume & Interview Assistance (Hiring Event Prep)
• Tuesday, January 17th, 2023 – New Year, New Opportunities Hiring Event
• Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 – Earn and Learn Event
Multiple companies will attend the hiring event on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023, that are looking to hire for hundreds of positions in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Information Technology, Manufacturing & Logistics, Trades & Transportation, Hospitality, Tourism & Retail, and Finance & Professional Services.

Employers attending include but are not limited to: Amazon, T-Mobile, Disney, Verizon, Angels Unaware, etc. These Hillsborough County and Florida businesses collectively have numerous open positions they are looking to fill.
The salaries for these positions range from $10 to $40 per hour.
Job seekers are encouraged to attend the prep event on Thursday, January 12th, 2023, for a resume review, resume printing and interview prep.
The Earn and Learn event on Wednesday, January 18th is a unique opportunity for jobseekers to access many of CSTB’s approved Apprenticeship, On the Job training and Paid Work Experience programs.
