WINTER PARK — Manikka Bowman, executive director of Project REAP, (Real Estate Associate Program), and founder of a husband and wife development team to expand housing opportunities and improve multi-housing in the Boston metro area, will join John Crossman Saturday, Jan. 14 at 1:05 p.m. on The Crossman Conversation.
The Bethune-Cookman University alumnus later achieved two master’s degrees in divinity and Urban Policy and has since been leveraging her highly endorsed skills and talents to support her community and make the world a better place, according to Crossman
The mission of Project REAP, a 501 (c) (3) organization, (http://www.projectreap.org)coincides with Crossman’s which is to advance equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry. While Crossman endows real estate scholarships at HBCUs, REAP recruits competitive, selective, credentialed diverse talent for the industry. They are professionals who are brought into the network of commercial real estate, and they know how to add value to a company’s bottom line.
Crossman, a regular speaker on diversity in business, launched The Crossman Conversation to share the views and opinions of widely accomplished activists like Bowman with similar goals, and who consistently give back to the community.
The Shepherd Radio is available on three stations, each part of the MARC Radio group. 1270 AM – WIWA in Orlando which covers the entire Central Florida area. In the Ocala/Villages area, The Shepherd is heard on 103.5 FM and 720 AM, while Gainesville listeners can hear the broadcast on 96.3 FM or 1430 AM.
