Complex of five Industrial Boulevard properties contains more than 220,000 square feet
Sarasota, Fla. (January 2, 2022) – SVN Commercial Advisory Group has managed the $17.5 million sale of a property portfolio containing five industrial buildings in Sarasota, Fla. The 11-acre complex includes properties at 2210, 2230, 2363, 2383 and 2387 Industrial Blvd.
Mike Migone, CCIM, Senior Investment Advisor, represented the sellers, SRQ Industrial, LLC, and Industrial Boulevard, LLC. All the buildings were fully leased at the time of the sale.
The buyer, BA Acquisitions, LLC, plans to retain the tenants currently occupying these industrial buildings. Sudhir “Sid” Bhatt, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Advisor, represented BA Acquisitions.

The square footage in the five buildings totals 171,549, with an additional 48,800 of vacant land – a combination of more than 220,000 square feet.
Migone said the area’s flourishing market growth was an important factor in the sale.
