Allison Bouchard and her husband are tonight’s featured couple on HGTV’s popular televisions show, House Hunters. Bouchard, a Coldwell Banker Realty agent who is a member of Martha Thorn’s real estate team, is also serving as the real estate agent for the episode.
The recently married couple will be searching for a home in the Dunedin/Safety Harbor, Fla. area in the $700-900,000 range. It’s an in-demand region of greater Tampa and concessions will likely need to be made to make a final purchasing decision.
HGTV is billing the show as:
Agent Vs. Contractor in Florida
A newlywed couple searches for a larger home to start a family in Tampa Bay, FL; he’s a contractor determined to find a place that’s turnkey, and she’s their agent, with inventory extremely low, she thinks he may need to put on his tool belt.
Bouchard joked that she was her own worst client. “Helping us find the right home was the easy part, but filming us find the right home….not so easy!”
The show will air for the first time tonight—Thursday, December 15, 2022, at 10 pm on HGTV.
“Going through the home buying and selling process was eye-opening and helped me see the process through my client’s lens,” explained Bouchard. “I am certain this will help me to be an even more empathetic agent in the future.”
