WHAT: Three of the area’s most popular hotels are offering dinner specials for New Year’s Eve. Tampa’s Epicurean Hotel, Fenway Hotel in Dunedin, and The Karol Hotel in Clearwater have all created special holiday menus available at their signature restaurants.
Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar at the Epicurean Hotel is hosting a three-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner available from 5 to 11 p.m. The price is $125 per person, with add-ons including a $75 wine pairing option and a $70 caviar service.
· First Course: Wagyu Short Rib Raviolo; White Truffle Sea Urchin Risotto; Brussels Sprout Salad; or Charred Octopus
· Second Course: Stuffed Duck Leg; Espresso Rubbed Venison Loin; Pan Seared Halibut; or Stuffed Acorn Squash
· Third Course: Black Berry Crumble; Pear-Almond Tart; Rose Apple Tart Tatin; Peanut Butter Ice Cream with a Dark Chocolate Brownie; or Petite Fours
Epicurean’s EDGE Rooftop Cocktail Lounge will be open from 6 p.m. – 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve on a first come, first served basis.
HEW Parlor & Chophouse located inside the historic Fenway Hotel is offering a four-course prix-fixe New Year’s Eve dinner available from 5 to 9 p.m. The cost is $125 per person and includes a complimentary champagne toast.

· First Course:Beet & Root Vegetable Crudité
· Second Course (Choice of): Smoked Black Angus Tartare; Cedar Key Crab Bisque; or Celeriac Medallions
· Intermezzo: Raspberry Sorbet

K Club Bar & Bistro at The Karol Hotel in Clearwater is ringing in the New Year with a four-course prix-fixe menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Prices are per person, based on entrée selection.

The Karol’s Vantage Rooftop Bar will be openfrom 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. on New Year’s Eve on a first come, first served basis and will feature some elevated menu items, including The Oysters Pearl, Prawns at Karol and a Good Luck Next Year Spanish Serrano Pork appetizer.
