WHAT: Free Harvest Hope Park Open House, breakfast and sculpture unveiling
WHEN: Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022, 10 to 11 a.m.

DETAILS: Joy will be unveiled at the Harvest Hope Park open house, when the new sculpture – that spells out JOY – will be presented to the community by University Area CDC (Community Development Corporation). Designed by community residents along with professional artist Junior Polo, and funded by USAA, the colorful sculpture joins sculptures in the neighborhood of similar design that spell out LOVE, HOPE and PEACE.
A complimentary light breakfast will be served. Attendees will have opportunities to tour the Harvest Hope Community Garden and to fish for catfish in the fish pond.
