Tampa, FL (December 12, 2022) – Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, LLC., proprietor of local favorite Ocean Prime Tampa, announces the opening of its hiring office for The Pearl Restaurant at Water Street. The Pearl, a well-polished culinary jewel, tavern, and oyster room, is hiring for all hourly positions, including line cooks, servers, bartenders, guest services, and more.
The hiring office will be open Monday – Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 10 am to 3 pm. Interviews will be conducted by The Pearl’s General Manager, Alex Schultz, and Executive Chef, Olivia Giesler.

The Pearl will introduce an expansive menu of chef-inspired cuisine featuring made-from-scratch entrees, shareable plates, and seasonal oysters complemented by handcrafted cocktails and an exclusive selection of Ales, Lagers & Stouts to deliver the most compelling dining experience.

The Pearl location at Water Street is the third location of this concept introduced by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. The restaurant group first opened The Pearl in the Short North in Columbus, Ohio in 2012, then opened a second location in Dublin, Ohio in 2020.
