Limited to first time visitors, missed guests and winbacks.
Winbacks must not have had an active membership 60 days prior to reenrollment date.
Must sign up for Premier or Elite Membership and purchase a full price OTbeat™ Heart Rate Monitor (“HRM”) at point of sale to qualify for one month free.
Winbacks who have not previously purchased a OTbeat™ Heart Rate Monitor, must purchase a full priceor payment plan OTbeat Heart Rate Monitor on the same day to qualify for one month free.
Premier or Elite Membership may include membership purchased at regular retail rates, 6- month membership, Family Add On and/or Corporate Rates.
