The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce Donates $5,000 to The Islands of Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce

November 7, 2022 by Post

St. Pete Beach, FL –  On Tuesday, November 1st the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce presented CEO, John Lai, of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Chamber of Commerce with a check for $5,000 in Hurricane Ian Relief Funds. This will go towards unrestricted support for their tourism industry and to help them rebuild their community.

The donation is a result of the tickets purchased from the 2022 Taste of the Beaches. The Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce is grateful that the community rallied around this cause and helped raise the funds needed to give back to our neighbors impacted by Hurricane Ian.
