Watson Clinic recognizes one outstanding employee every month as part of their Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award. The PEER Award is given to an employee who best exemplifies the patient-focused customer service standards that Watson Clinic strives to excel at every day. The following employee was recognized for this current month:
Julian Rios, RN – November
Julian Rios, RN, a registered nurse at Watson Clinic Urgent Care Main, was recently named the recipient of the Program for Employee Excellence and Recognition (PEER) award for the month of November. Julian has been with Watson Clinic for 14 years. Over the course of his career – whether he was providing great care to our urology patients or as an Employee Health nurse in our Human Resources department during COVID – Julian has been widely admired for his easy-going and friendly nature, and for being an exceptional team member.
As PEER Award winner, Julian received a plaque, dinner at a local restaurant, a reserved parking spot and a gift certificate from the Medical Spa at Watson Clinic LLP to acknowledge his contributions to the organization.
