Several new businesses are joining the thriving shopping center of Gateway Commons in Palmetto, Florida. Gateway Commons Shopping Center is located at the “Gateway to Manatee County” immediately East of I-75, Exit 229 at the lighted intersection of Moccasin Wallow Road and Buffalo Road. A few of the new businesses will be located in the new 4,950 sf retail building just west of Publix. One of those new tenants, Pure Barre, has already started their Tenant build out and hope to be open by December, 2022. “We looked for the location that had a more relaxed feel where our members could escape their hectic lives for a short while. Another Primerica Developments project, Gateway Commons Apartments, is under construction at The Woods of Moccasin Wallow, just West of I-75.
