Tampa, Fla. – The Kiwanis Club of Tampa along with The Kiwanis Foundation are hosting their 54th Annual Chicken BBQ Fundraiser in partnership with Metropolitan Ministries on Thursday, October 20.

Pick up is available at 601 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. 11:00am – 4:00pm.

Kennedy Blvd corner of Morgan Street 11:00am – 1:30pm.
“Every year, the Kiwanis Club of Tampa has sponsored this major fundraiser – a Chicken Barbecue – for the benefit of many charitable organizations in our area,” explains Barbara Macelli, Kiwanis Club of Tampa President-Elect, 2022 BBQ Chair. “Our Tampa Kiwanis Foundation gives more than $100,000 annually to local charities helping children and seniors in Hillsborough County. ”
“Tampa Electric and Peoples Gas have generously donated $15,000 to the Kiwanis Foundation to support the 2022 Kiwanis BBQ,” shared John Currier, Kiwanis Club of Tampa 2019-2020 Past President. “This donation will have a significant impact on the Tampa Bay community.”
