The property is west of the new Dr. Phillips Packing District on John Young Parkway. The 31-acre property sold for $2,100,000.
The buyer, Code RE Partners, Inc., have received approval from the City of Orlando for a four story, 400-unit market rate apartment complex with 10 buildings and an amenity area. Code RE, Inc., based in Windermere, FL, owns a nearby apartment complex as well as 7,500 apartment units throughout the United States.
The project’s civil engineering firm is Kimley Horn and the architect is Group 4 Design, Inc.
