It is located north of Spring Hill Drive and west of Suncoast Parkway with plans for a residential development of 800 homes. |
“The firm is a grateful to Pulte for this major closing in these somewhat difficult times and it’s good to see the fundamentals of a better housing market in the Tampa Bay compared to other parts of the country,” said Bill.
Ryan added another closing in September as he represented the sellers, West Lake LLC, in the sale of 75 acres in Wimauma, FL to Lennar for $5.65 million with plans to develop 300 homes. The site is located along W Lake Drive south of County Road 674.
