Tampa, FL, September 20th, 2022 – With all of talk about recession and “the sky is falling in” (a quote from Chicken Little), we at The Dog Pound are proud to report that we’ve continued closing transactions. We are especially proud of our recent track record of major employment and distribution land sales along the I-75 corridor. Last December, Bill Eshenbaugh and Ryan Sampson closed the big one, 875 acres for $52,000,000 at I-75 and SR 52 in Pasco that created the basis for the largest employment center ever launched in Pasco County. In August Bill and Ryan closed 109 acres at I-75 on SR 44 in Wildwood for an undisclosed price to Old Dominion Freight Lines for a truck terminal. This will add several hundred jobs to the Sumter County base. In September, Bill added a third employment-based closing with 57 acres for $8,000,000 at I-75 and Cortez Blvd (SR 50) in Hernando County. This site was zoned for over 900,000 square feet of new industrial space. SR 50 is being widened to 4 lane divided highway from I-75 all the way east to the Florida Turnpike in Ocoee, offering a viable alternative to the daily traffic messes along I-4 between Tampa and Orlando. The teams walk the soil of every property we represent. They know about diverse wildlife and their habitats on the land, about environmental characteristics, about easements and entitlements, and about the history of the sites. The Dirt Dog team know what to ask to uncover issues, what the value should be and who to go to for bringing deals together. And they do it all with respect for their clients, each other, and the land itself. Learn more by visiting the website at www.thedirtdog.com where Quarterly Eshenbaugh Reports are posted.
