August 30, 2022 by Post

Registration is now open for Volvo’s ConExpo-Con/AGG 2023 online and in-person attendees. The attendees will experience Volvo’s latest technology, machines, and services through this exhibit, including its autonomous and electric equipment. Volvo’s F8926 will be the highlight of the event. The attendees can learn more about this equipment by visiting the company’s CE booth in the Festival Lot.

According to Volvo CE’s president for Region North America, Stephen Roy, this year’s theme would be, “change starts here.” And through this event, they’ll showcase services and machines that will help its customers operate efficiently and succeed in the ever-changing industry focused on sustainability.

As the event draws closer, more details will be released in the coming weeks. However, attendees can expect to witness the industry’s latest electric construction heavy equipment line-up. Aside from that, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to visit and try operating these high-end machines.

The first run of deliveries of the L25 compact electric wheel loader and ECR25 compact electric excavator was already completed in the first week of August. After that, three more models were opened by Volvo for reservation and delivery next year.

Uptime technology and productivity will be at the center and forefront with these pieces of equipment. This equipment features the following:

  • Advanced telematics system: This is responsible for the machine-generated actionable insights and real-time data about the equipment.
  • Volvo Assist: Offers onboard weighing and machine control technology.

Volvo will open its virtual events platform for interested parties who can’t attend the in-person event in Las Vegas, offering interaction opportunities, education sessions, and machine walk-arounds. With this, you won’t miss a thing. Stay tuned and check the company bulletin for further updates on registering for this virtual event.

Volvo’s ConExpo-Con/AGG is scheduled for March 14 to 18, 2023.

Who is Volvo?

Volvo is a Swedish manufacturer of automobiles, construction equipment, and diesel engines. It was founded in 1927 and has been owned by Zhejiang Geely Holding Group since 2010. The company manufactures cars in the United States, China, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Russia. Volvo also sells trucks under its own and Mack brand names.

Volvo’s long history of making cars began with the founding a company named AB Volvo Munktells Motor AB in 1911 by engineer Svens Olof Munktell and his business partner IN 1908. The company has been producing marine engines since 1900 and automobile engines since 1907. In 1915 they decided to focus exclusively on automobiles and changed their name to AB Volvo.

The first Volvo car was released in 1927 and featured an innovative safety feature called a “safety hood,” which would pop up if the vehicle rolled over. The following year Volvo introduced another innovative feature that allows drivers to shift gears without using their hand: a foot-operated clutch pedal. In 1930 Volvo introduced its truck line: the B-10, which sold for $1,595 (about $21k today).

Volvo is a leader in the heavy equipment industry because of its focus on safety and quality. They are committed to making their products like long-reach excavator and swamp excavator the safest and the highest quality possible for use in various industries.

They also have a strong track record of innovation, which has helped them grow as a company and maintain its position as a leader in the heavy equipment industry.

Volvo’s products are known for their superior quality and ability to withstand harsh conditions without breaking down quickly. The company also offers excellent customer service to its clients, which helps ensure they will return when they need more products or services from Volvo.

How significant is Volvo in the heavy equipment industry?

Volvo is a company that has been at the forefront of the heavy equipment industry for years. It has been a leader in developing heavy equipment, and its products have always been renowned for their high quality. The company’s line of construction equipment includes tractors, loaders, excavators, and dump trucks. In addition to its construction equipment line, Volvo also manufactures trucks for transportation purposes.

Volvo has also made a name for itself by being innovative, with some of its products at the forefront of technology. For example, they were the first few companies to introduce an articulated hauler which could carry huge loads.

What is the impact of this exhibit on the industry?

The impact of Volvo’s immersive experience exhibit on the industry is that it shows how important it is to be able to connect with your customers.

It’s no secret that consumers are more interested than ever in finding brands they can relate to and trust. That’s why Volvo is using immersive technology to give visitors a glimpse into what it’s like to drive one of their autonomous electric equipment.

The exhibit will use onboard control technology displays to put visitors behind the wheel of various Volvo models and let them know what’s happening with their Volvo equipment.

This kind of breakthrough technology has been used before by other companies who have tried to use it as a way of connecting with consumers. But Volvo has taken things a step further by making this experience interactive for visitors to become part of the experience themselves.

By doing so, they’re giving people an opportunity not only to learn about their products but also feel like they’re part of something special—which is exactly what marketers want today: connections between brand and consumer that go beyond just sharing information about products or services.
