The gorgeous State Street building opposite The Mark added a new tenant, eHub Co. in the second quarter of 2022. The Canada-based company leased 1,466 SF in Suite 203 of 1500 State Street. Joe C. Hembree of Hembree & Associates Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction. State Street Partners (SRQ) owns the unit and the building is managed by Red Property Management.

Sarasota Boating Company leased a 1,500 SF space at the Englewood Square Shopping Center, joining Sunflower Discount Grocery and Beall’s Outlet. The company provides high end boat and PWC covers, ports and docks, as well as other accessories and have been in business since 2016. Joe C. Hembree of Hembree & Associates, Inc. represented both the Landlord and Tenant in the transaction.

Hembree & Associates is excited to announce a new tenant, React Health, occupying over 13,000 SF at 5101 Fruitville Rd. The space was formerly occupied by Voalte (Hillrom). React Health, headquartered in Winter Haven, has recently rebranded from 3B Medical and is a manufacturer and distributor of respiratory management and sleep therapy supplies. They also developed the Lumin, a UV device that sanitizes a variety of household and personal care items. Michael Hollander of Hembree & Associates handled the transaction for React Health and Joe C. LWR Lash Holdings acquired a hard-to-find office condo at Canterbury Commons in Lakewood Ranch for $650,000 in May 2022. Previously the home of Daniels & Hannan Law firm, the building is in a great location on Lakewood Ranch Blvd and the listing had plenty of interest in the short time it was on the market. Mike Migone of SVN Commercial Advisory Group brought the buyer and Joe C. Hembree represented the seller.

SaveGadget, an electronics repair store recently leased a small space in the Arbor Square at Connerton shopping center in Land O’Lakes, FL. In their words: ‘we transcend in the field of tech, offering dependable electronics repair… come with a broken phone and leave with a smile!’ Also new in the shopping center is Whit’s Frozen Custard, a successful franchise selling frozen desserts and they are excited to be opening their store any day! Hembree & Associates manages the Publix-anchored center and Joe C. Hembree negotiated the lease for the tenants and landlord in both transactions.
