Primerica Developments, Inc. of Tampa, Florida is excited to announce that The Shoppes of Moccasin Wallow is now fully leased! “With so much growth happening in the Manatee area, we are thrilled with all the new businesses coming to The Shoppes of Moccasin Wallow” says, Richard Trzcinski, President of Primerica Developments, Inc. The Shoppes are located at the “Gateway to Manatee County” immediately West of I-75 Exit 229 at the lighted intersection of Moccasin Wallow Road and 49th Avenue East.
The two retail buildings at The Shoppes consist of over 19,000 square feet of leaseable space with the following tenants open for business: Corporate Ladder Brewing Company, TK Grill, USA Nail Salon & Spa, American Honey Creamery & Coffee Co., Mann Orthodontics and Belt Hair Salon (Aveda). Joining the lineup of existing tenants are: Bay Care Medical Group, Visage Dermatology, and a new “to be announced” full-service restaurant.
Having just opened in May 2022, Belt Hair Salon, has already seen great success in a very short period of time. “We are overwhelmed with the support we have been shown” says salon owner Laura Belt. “We are so happy to be part of this beautiful community. Truly we are so thankful.”
Dermatologist, Dr. Kongsiri found The Shoppes of Moccasin Wallow after spending time riding horses at the boarding stables in Parrish. “With rapid population growth in the area and very few options for dermatologic care, it seems clear that this is a great place to open another office,” said Dr. Kongsiri.
A short walking distance from the Shoppes, Primerica Developments is also under construction with the development of Gateway Commons Apartments at The Woods of Moccasin Wallow. The 280-unit community will feature concrete and block construction, a 9,000 square foot clubhouse/amenity center, a dog park, solar carports and EV charging stations. Gateway Commons Apartments will welcome its first residents in the Spring of 2023.
“With the announcement of Bay Care Hospital locating at the same I-75 / Moccasin Wallow Road interchange, this community will only continue to thrive. Our hope is that our projects will provide continued support for the citizens of the Palmetto and Parrish communities by providing a place for local goods and services while creating business opportunities to further strengthen the local economy,” says Richard Trzcinski.
There are only a few remaining outparcel lots available along Moccasin Wallow Road, at The Woods of Moccasin Wallow. If you are interested in having your business become a part of this flourishing community, please contact csmiddy@primericagroupone.com or danielle@primericagroupone.com.
