Tampa, Fla. – August 1, 2022 – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that two associates joined its Tampa office: Steffen LoCascio and Rontavian Mack.
LoCascio is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice. He represents contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in construction defect litigation and complex commercial construction disputes. He also has extensive experience litigating matters in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining the firm, LoCascio also practiced in civil litigation defense.
LoCascio received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, an International Law Certificate from Oxford University, St. Edmund Hall and his B.S. from the University of Florida.
Mack is a member of the firm’s Real Property Litigation Practice. He focuses his practice on real property litigation, including condominium associations, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes and collections matters. He also has experience handling creditors’ rights and banking and financial matters.
Mack received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
