Trenam Law Welcomes Four New Associates Across Several Practice Groups

July 28, 2022, TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce the addition of four new associates to its Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Business Transactions, and Private Client Services Practice Groups.  They are Waheeda Ghani, Dana B. Keller, Julius Matusewicz, and Jade L. Turner.

Waheeda Ghani

Ghani is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Group. Prior to joining Trenam, Ghani worked for the Office of the Chief General Counsel to the IRS, Dept. of Treasury where she handled substantive and procedural federal tax questions such as: tax liability challenges, asset seizure, tax implications on bankruptcy, and collections due process. Earlier in her career Ghani was an associate in the M&A tax group at Ernst & Young.

Ghani received a B.S. from American University, J.D. American University Washington College of Law, and LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Dana B. Keller

Keller is an associate in the firm’s Private Client Services Practice Group. He will concentrate his practice in estate and trust planning.  He received an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, and a B.S. from Florida State University.

Julius Matusewicz

Matusewicz is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Prior to joining Trenam, Matusewicz was an associate with Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig. His practice primarily focuses on representing insurers throughout first-party property insurance claims and disputes, handling pre-suit investigations and coverage determinations, as well as all aspects of litigation, including trial. Matusewicz is also experienced in assisting clients with cyber losses and other cybersecurity related matters, including risk assessment and incident response.

Matusewicz received a B.A., from Gettysburg College and a J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.

Jade L. Turner

Turner is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  Prior to joining Trenam, Turner was an associate with Freeborn & Peters.  Turner focuses on commercial litigation, and includes trust, probate, guardianship & fiduciary litigation, as well as insurance defense.

Turner received a B.A. from Flagler College and J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
